1. Introduction/Background

The Rwanda Young Water Professional (RYWP), as part of its ongoing initiatives to improve project monitoring, digital data collection, and real-time field reporting, is seeking qualified and reputable suppliers to submit quotations for the provision of high-performance tablets. These devices are intended to support various project teams in efficient reporting, digital record-keeping, and timely communication across multiple sites. 

1. Purpose of RFQ

The objective of this RFQ is to invite potential suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of high-performance tablets suited for field data collection, site monitoring, and real-time documentation.

2. Description of the items required

The tablets must meet the following minimum specifications:

• Processor: Minimum Octa-core (2.0 GHz or higher)
• RAM: Minimum 6 GB
• Storage: Minimum 128 GB, expandable via microSD
• Display: Minimum 10 inches, Full HD resolution
• Camera: Rear 8MP or higher, Front 5MP or higher
• Connectivity: Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0 or higher
• Operating System: Latest Android version or iOS equivalent
• Battery Life: Minimum 8 hours active usage
• Durability: Rugged or with protective casing suitable for outdoor use
• Accessories: Charger, stylus (if available), and protective case included
• These tablets will facilitate efficient field operations, digital record-keeping, and enhanced collaboration among project teams across different locations.

3. Quantity

Vendors are requested to quote for a supply of 3 tablets, with the option for the quantity to be increased depending on budget availability and organizational needs. 

4. Required Documents and Quotation Formats

Interested vendors should submit the following:

• Quotation in Rwandan Francs (RWF), inclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes
• Company registration certificate
• Proof of past similar supplies (minimum 2 examples)
• Product datasheets/spec sheets
• Warranty details (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Delivery lead time
• Payment terms

5. Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be evaluated based on:

• Compliance with technical specifications
• Competitive price
• Delivery time
• Warranty and after-sales service
• Past performance and experience
